Does Rising Up accept insurance? Which ones?

Yes, Rising Up accepts insurance for our clinical services. We work with the following insurance companies:

Due to ongoing changes in insurance plans, we advise that you contact your insurance company to ensure your provider is in-network.

I am a new client. What do I have to do before my first session?

Once you are accepted as a new client, your provider will send the necessary intake forms to your Client Portal. The link to your portal log-in can be found on the home page. Please complete all forms before arriving at your first appointment so we can get started right away.

I am a returning client. How do I schedule an appointment?

Rising Up has an online scheduling tool, accessible via your Client Portal. A direct link to online scheduling can be found on both the home page and the Contact Us page. While we prefer that clients schedule online, if necessary you may also call our office at 320-229-4069.

Does Rising Up offer telehealth services?

Yes, Rising Up’s providers can provide teletherapy services. Speak with your provider about scheduling telehealth sessions.
