Get Well, Stay Well, Be Well

Get Well

Cindy’s vision is to provide a continuum of care that begins with stabilizing mood and functioning through individual and/or family therapy and psychoeducation.  For those who are interested this will also include information on life style changes to improve general health.  Therapeutic yoga, animal-assisted therapy, and brain-spotting are also available when clinically appropriate to address PTSD and/or general anxiety symptoms that stem from previous trauma.

Stay Well

When appropriate the second phase of treatment will transition from individual to group therapy incorporating yoga/mindfulness practices to recognize and manage mental health symptoms.  Individual therapy will continue on an as needed basis.

Stay well is also designed for children who would benefit from “preventative services” (Yoga Calm).  Many of our children need support in learning to manage their physical, emotional, mental well-being but don’t qualify and/or have access to services.

Be Well

Children and family’s are connected with extended family/friends, and community resources to maintain their health without therapeutic support.  They are aware of warning signs/symptoms that would prompt accessing more intensive services, and are confident in their ability to manage their well-being and/or providing adequate support to their children.
